How do I create an account?
Head to the Register page and fill in your penguin name, email, and password. Once submitted, you'll receive a verification email to activate your account.
Is Space Penguin free to play?
Yes! Space Penguin is completely free to play. All core features are available to everyone. We may offer optional cosmetic perks in the future.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
On the login screen, click "Forgot Password". Enter your email and you'll receive a secure reset link within a few minutes.
Can I play on mobile?
The site is mobile-friendly, but the game client is currently optimized for desktop browsers using mouse and keyboard controls.
How do I report a player or bug?
Use the in-game report button for players. For technical bugs, please open a ticket in our Discord server or email our support staff.
Where do I find my collected items?
All your outfits, furniture, and rare galactic finds are stored in your Inventory (the backpack icon). You can access this anytime while in-world.
